Kelly Broussard is a REALTOR® with Reliance Realty
With over 35 years of experience as a teacher and coach, I’ve built my career on strong communication, dedication, and a genuine passion for helping others succeed. After retiring from education, I found a new calling in real estate — a profession that allows me to continue serving people in a meaningful way.
For the past 15 years, I’ve been proudly helping clients buy, sell, and lease properties in the beautiful New Braunfels area. I specialize in residential homes, particularly in the historic and charming downtown district. Whether you’re a first-time homebuyer, relocating, or looking for the perfect investment property, I take pride in making the process smooth, informed, and enjoyable.
I love meeting new people and helping them find the home that truly fits their lifestyle and dreams. My background in education taught me the value of patience, trust, and listening — qualities that I bring to every real estate transaction.
When I’m not helping clients, you’ll often find me enjoying all that New Braunfels has to offer — from the local music scene and river life to spending time with family and friends.
If you’re looking for a realtor who knows New Braunfels inside and out and treats every client like family, I’d love the opportunity to work with you.
